LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the
Town of Putnam on February 12, 2026, at 7pm at Putnam Town Hall, 14
Putnam Center Road to consider the repeal of Local Law #1 of 2020 entitled
“Site Plan Review” and to consider the abolishment of the Planning Board created
under Section 271 of the Town Law. All interested persons will be given an
opportunity to be heard at the aforesaid time and place. Written comments may
also be submitted to the Town Clerk via email at townclerk@townofputnamny.com
or by mail at Town of Putnam POB 95, Putnam Station, NY 12861 at least 48
hours prior to the meeting.
